ISSUE:
UK Systems never was able to follow all the sales leads that would
come from different web forms as well as email.
SOLUTION:
A simple script was placed on all of their web forms that were currently
running via the UK Systems' web site. When a form was submitted, a
copy was sent to their online account. Moreover, their mail server
contained a script that sent a copy of all sale leads to their online
account as well.
OUTCOME:
All the information was placed into a universal database accessible
by all employees with set levels of security. The online account
gathered 100% of the information and allowed for query and export,
as well as the ability to send email newsletters to their database.

ISSUE:
Data was being entered and saved in multiple formats on different
workstations, as well as different servers.

Create on their account a web form where all clientele
data was entered.
OUTCOME:
The data is entered on many computers but everyone is required to
use the online account to enter the information.
