STEdb starts clients with a basic account to manage all databases
online. Then we take an approach of customizing our current interface
and technology to meet your needs. An example:
PROBLEM I:
You have a homegrown CRM (Customer Retention Management) software
that has 100% of your clientele information and transaction history.
However, when you send an email campaign, fax blast or any other
form of marketing - you do not have the ability to view and see
the ROI (return on investment) in real-time.
SOLUTION I:
STEdb works in two ways.
A simple solution would be to upload securely the database(s) to
broadcast an email campaign as well as to generate unique URL (links)
codes so that the user can monitor actions online.
A complex solution would be to script a code that would interact
with your database to upload every hour, day, or month. This effectively
eliminates the need for uploading manually. The email campaign can
be created online (in our current DBM, online database manager)
and will then broadcast emails with a unique code, as well as unique
URLs, for other marketing forms.
OUTCOME I:
You will receive online statistics of what campaigns had the best
response:
Click through (# of users who click on links from email, fax,
direct mail, etc.)
Open Rate (how many users opened the email)
Forward (how many users forwarded an email campaign)
Conversion (# of users who submitted, purchased, or did an action
on the site)
The above information is profiled on each user. This is all done
via email campaigns, which provides feedback to your homegrown CRM
where users can click on a link and view all the information on
a client.
a) In the last campaigns, did their email address bounce?
b) What links did the user click on?
c) What email campaigns did the user receive?
d) Did the user purchase or submit any forms?
PROBLEM II:
You want to create a weekly newsletter, but need to manage the
history of these newsletters as well as their export from Excel,
ACT, Outlook (on many sales representatives' computers) and web
forms off your site.
SOLUTION II:
The simplest solution would be to export everything in a CSV format
and upload manually all the information. Then using our DBM Wizard,
you can insert your data and broadcast it.
A more complex solution is to customize scripts on the network
of your site as well as your web sites. This would enable STEdb's
servers to communicate and work securely in real-time with all databases
and conversions, thereby eliminating timely costs associated with
manually extracting information and creating an online newsletter.
OUTCOME II:
Daily, weekly, monthly copy of all databases in one format that
allows you to manage and broadcast emails, faxes, direct mail, etc.
In addition, all feedback information regarding invalid email addresses
and other relevant information is sent to your sales representatives.
