It is easy to get in touch with us even you are not able to call us via phone. Here is a short guide on how to call STEdb Company’s Support Department using your Skype account.

Step 1:

Add the user stedb-voice-only to your contacts list. Call the new added contact (1) as you normally would in Skype.

 

 

 

Step 2:

You will hear the IVR giving instructions. For support, select option 2 from the dial pad. To display it, click on the Other call functions button (2) near the volume control and from the drop down menu select Display dial pad (3).

Step 3:
The dial pad will display (4).

Click on number 2 to receive assistance from our Support Department.
