Inter-workings:
DBM manager (our online tool) allows users to upload files in a CSV (comma delimited file). Using a standard CSV file you can export from any database whether it is GoldMine, MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Informix, Excel, Lotus Notes, GroupWise, ACT, Microsoft Outlook Contacts, Siebel, SalesForce.com or any homegrown contact CRM software. Our knowledgeable and expert account executives help setup your online account for you in order to upload files on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. On a more complex note we strive to AUTOMATE all file uploads by connecting directly to the server, network, or desktop in order to extract information from your team and transfer it securely over the Internet.

DBM manager:
The DBM manger is built on an online access model that allows users to mange all data entering a firm in an online web interface fashion. There is ZERO installation involved in order to make it compatible to your exact needs.

Query:
You can query your databases in real time. This allows you to export, receive counts, and extrapolate information about your data. The ability of our enhanced query allows for specific targeting of a message to a specific user. You can custom query by area code, zip code, gender and other custom fields that are in your database.

Mailer:
STEdb does not tolerate SPAM. STEdb only provides the technology for permissible email newsletters. Our technology is proprietary technology which allows STEdb to customize and modify parts on your account for your particular needs. Our mailers change as the mail servers' change in their ability to block email.

Domain Throttling - Ability to send 9,900 emails prior to changing server names and IP addresses, so your newsletter subscribers will still receive their email at Yahoo.com, Hotmail.com, AOL.com and other mail providers.

IP / Domain Rotation - The ability to rotate IP addresses and domains on broadcast servers is an "insurance policy". Should an account begin abusing our service prior to our discovery, your mail is unaffected because the broadcasting servers adapt.

MIMEs - The important aspect of the mailer is when you do not know if your user will receive their email on a cell or on a computer. The Multipart technology gives your mail the flexibility to transform into text appropriate for user text based email clients, or html for those that can receive email.

MX Coding - In order to increase the speed of the mail we use mx hard coding so that our broadcasting servers do not need to continually look for the mail server to send email. This reduces the waiting period and immediately sends out your email.

Speed - Your emails are time sensitive. That is why we have built our proprietary mailer to handle your mail directly through the DBM manager and route it through multiple backbone providers.
